Southern Demolition handles a wide range of contracts and has been involved in projects as diverse as stripping out the Pukeuri freezing works after fire damage to demolishing the Palmerston North Hospital. Other big demolition projects include dismantling the large Blenheim Road Placemakers site, the corner Hallenstein's site in Cashel Mall, the site of Turners & Growers, Countdown Moorhouse Ave, Ashburton Wool Mills and the Tivoli Building in Christchurch's Cathedral Square.
