Assisi occupies a stunning site on a steep hillside reached by a 1.5 kilometer drive. The house was architecturally designed and has spectacular views out over the Wairarapa landscape with mountains beyond. The garden is less than ten years old and the terrain and climatic conditions are a challenge.
